Returns policy

The short version
Because every piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund it — no need to ship anything back.
What we cover
- Items damaged or defective on arrival.
- Wrong item shipped or items missing from the order.
- Quality issues with printing, stitching, or fabric.
What we don't cover
- Change-of-mind returns or incorrect size selection.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Orders refused at delivery or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
How to file a claim
Email hello@wayfinder.co within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged or wrong item, and a photo of the shipping packaging if it was damaged in transit.
- Whether you'd prefer a replacement or a refund.
We'll respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations and changes
Orders can be cancelled or edited as long as they haven't been handed to the carrier — usually within a few hours of placing the order. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
