Shipping policy

Where gear ships from

Wayfinder partners with print-on-demand and cut-and-sew providers to make each piece to order. Tees, hoodies and caps ship from our print partner's closest facility; outerwear ships from our cut-and-sew partner in the US.

Processing time

Every piece is made to order. Tees, hoodies and caps usually print and ship within 2–5 business days. Jackets, vests and pants are cut, sewn and finished by hand — plan on 5–7 business days before they ship. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start processing the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Carriers and transit time

  • Standard ground: typically 3–7 business days after the order ships.
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days where available.

Transit times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Tracking is sent to your email as soon as a label is created.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We don't mark up shipping — what you pay is what the carrier charges us.

Damaged or missing packages

Made-to-order apparel travels well, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@wayfinder.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items. We'll replace damaged items or refund them — your call.

If tracking says "delivered" but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your building first, then contact us within 5 days so we can open a carrier claim.
